orla kenny - work

Hi my name is grace and i am doing a limestone project. Some of my year went to the Burren on the 6th and 7th of October.When we arrived we put our bags in the Burren adeventure hostel, and went to get something to eat in a pub. when we ate our fill we went to meet a man called brendan dunfored who knew all about the Burren and the historical site. We ate hazelnuts and hawthorn berries along the way because the trees were full of them. We took pictures of dolmens and we slowly put a video camera down a grike. That night we played board games. About 11.30 we were sent to bed after cleaning up. The next day we split up, the people who weren't working with Orla Kenny went the caves and the others went to Black head and took pictures of grikes we had a guide called Emma who told us the water that went through the limestone was fresh.we ate in a italian restruant called The Holy Well. After that we got on th bus and we headed home. ,

hi this is amy from newfoundland and this is november 4th and our class is on the website now. Today the 4th of november some of our class communicated with newfound land by e-mail.We sent them a fax of the school map.We recorded our journey to secret rooms with D v. camera and polaroid cam. In the chamber of secrets there was a actual motorbike as you see below. In the ladder of enchantment there was a way up to the school roof and a way to the schools canteen store. This picture below is a motorbike that was in the chamber of secerts.The chamber of secerts was an actual girls toilet so that is how it got it name.

This picture below is of the first stairs that leads to the canteen (where we eat our food). I took this picture because it was part of a task that a school in newfoundland gave us.This stairs also leads or is situated beside the girls toilet.

Today the 8th of march orla and 7 other class students did a project which inclued drawing on a wall. We drew pictures of our adventures in the Burren on three walls in the gallery of the model arts centre.The idea for the other wall is for visitors to draw what they see.
